When assigning ratings, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) considers the business size, complaint history, type of business, time in business, transparency of business practices, ability to honor commitments to BBB, any licensing or government actions, and any advertising issues. Using a system of points to rate these factors, a letter grade is assigned. Receiving an A+ rating means that based on the business size and time in business, CMS has received a low number of complaints, and any complaints that were received, were addressed promptly and appropriately. It is also an indication that our business uses transparent business practices, maintains appropriate licensing, and operates in a trustworthy manner.
