• Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Expedite and balance third party phone asset recovery accounts
  • Provide guidance and assistance for customers to provide solution within client requirements
  • Use skip tracing tools to locate relevant customer information
  • Communicate effectively with diverse customers, staff, and management

• Qualifications/Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • One week Training Classes – Beginning Every Monday (NO experience needed)
  • Highly motivated and reliable
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
  • Proficient computer skills
